By accessing or using Shortlist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Shortlist on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Shortlist is a purchase intelligence platform that helps teams discover, evaluate, and select vendors using AI-powered workflows. The Service includes vendor enrichment, fit scoring, team alignment tools, and executive briefing capabilities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tryshortlist.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use Shortlist only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Shortlist, including project information, vendor evaluations, and team feedback. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Shortlist uses AI to generate vendor insights, fit scores, alignment analysis, and executive briefings. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by your team before making purchase decisions. Shortlist is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Shortlist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shortlist and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property in the Service.
Shortlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Shortlist after changes constitutes acceptance.
