When you evaluate vendors through Shortlist, the project data, vendor notes, and scoring criteria you enter are stored securely to power your workflows.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Shortlist — including powering our AI engines for vendor enrichment, fit scoring, and alignment analysis. Your data is never sold to third parties or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Shortlist uses AI models to analyze vendor information, generate fit scores, and produce executive briefings. Your project data is processed by these models only to deliver features you've requested. We do not share your proprietary evaluation data with other users or organizations.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your information.
